I mentioned yesterday in my update of the PakBoat Arrows and their manufacturing delay that there are a few Arrow 10’s still available. The Arrow 10 is the smallest PakBoat folding kayak, a one-person model that is basically the same as the Puffin Sport, except for the skin fabric which is a polyurethane coated fabric, designed to alleviate environmental concerns about production of PVC. The Arrows look somewhat sleeker than the Puffin’s because their hulls have a “Carbon Look” print, as well as a dramatic arrow design the whole length of the hull.The clearance price is excellent at $699, over 15% off the previous MSRP and only a few dollars more than the Puffin Sport. Both the Arrow 10 and Puffin Sport come without a deck, an optional add-on that’s also currently on sale.
